Over the time i will be targeting this blog with interesting and new information to upload for you all to read and gain an insight into the grueling health and fitness industry!

I have been Personal Training for over 2 years now and have successfully helped numerous people with all types of goals ranging to getting back into the gym to training for long distance events such as Triathlons and other fun and exciting events throughout the year.
